NO STRINGS ATTACHED LEMONCELLO Cookies

Ingredients:

1 cup Granulated sugar
1 Large egg
1/4 cup No Strings Attached Lemoncello
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 cup Unsalted butter (room temp.)
Zest (1 lemon)
1 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Salt
2 1/2 cups All-purpose flour

Directions:

LARGE mixing bowl: Beat together sugar, egg, Lemoncello, lemon zest, vanilla, and butter
ADD: Baking soda, flour and salt Beat creating a soft dough
Roll dough into small balls (1”diameter)
Place on non-greased baking sheet flatten slightly. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes Cool on a wire rack
