Caper Cream Sauce

Ingredients:

(Makes 1/2 Cup) compound butter 

  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 5 Tbsp.  No Strings Attached Lemoncello
  • juice from 1/2 lemon (1-2 Tbsp.)
  • 1 Tsp. Minced garlic
  • 1/2 Cup sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Capers (drained)
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. (Medium heat) Sauce pan or skillet brown butter.
  2. reduce heat add garlic.
  3. Combine No Strings Attached Lemoncello and sour cream.
  4. add to butter garlic mixture(low heat).
  5. Whisk until combined ingredients thicken and coat back of spoon.
  6. Remove fome heat - add capers and season with salt and pepper.

NOTE: Enjoy warm over veggies, fish and past.

            Place in refrigerator to keep and make a compound butter

                      (Great on summer corn)
